Terms Of Service

Only members from the following
countries may join!
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.
By signing up and actively using the SweetClickers program you agree to all terms and
conditions set forth in this agreement. SweetClickers may, at any time, choose to edit,add
and or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of
its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email
to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with SweetClickers. If any
modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement.
Your continued participation in the SweetClickers program following our posting of a
change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to
the change.
Threats of any kind against any member or employee of SweetClickers is grounds for
immediate termination of your account. Any past, present or future earnings due would be
forfeited.
We reserve the right to refuse to reply to any email sent by any person who chooses to
send us any sort of obnoxious, demeaning or demanding email. In other words, if you didn't
get a reply to an email in which you treated us like we were something less than human,
try calming down and rewording your email. We are VERY easy to get along with, however,
some people really don't want to get along with anyone and we refuse to deal with those
types of people.
We reserve the right to refuse to run links to any website that we find to be
illegal,obnoxious, hate based or in any way upsetting to the average member. This includes
but is not limited to pornographic material, sites that spawn multiple replicating windows
or sites that attempt to auto install any type of software. Any advertiser that changes
their site after we have approved their site specifically to bypass this rule will have
their ad pulled with NO REFUND and we will NOT let you substitute a different ad.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Any emails or other communication which are received from Sweet Clickers may NOT be reproduced in any form or posted in any forum without the PRIOR express WRITTEN permission of Sweet Clickers.
If you reproduce in any form or post any emails or other communication in any venue without PRIOR express WRITTEN permission from Sweet Clickers, your account will be terminated immediately and without notice, thereby losing all earnings and referrals.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open
to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
International members must be able to read, write and understand English in
order to remain a member.
You must remain active and read emails. Inactive free (and free upgraded) members for
14 days will be deleted and 60 days for paid upgraded members.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up
process and may not assume a false identity, all information in your profile must not be
fraudulent. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email address Your computer
must not be shared with another individual that has an existing SweetClickers account.
You will use your username password combination to access your account, it is your
responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by
logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your SweetClickers account including
authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be
inappropriate or illegal by SweetClickers be detected it may result in member
termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
Cheating is not allowed! Using a cheat software & creating multiple
accounts is cheating & grounds for termination of your account.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up SweetClickers. You
agree to receive e-mail advertising from SweetClickers without limitation.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from
SweetClickers your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and SweetClickers are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and SweetClickers. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of SweetClickers. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any
taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
Sweet Clickers will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any
other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or
related to this Agreement or SweetClickers program, even if SweetClickers has
been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, SweetClickers aggregate
liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid
or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination
or expiration of the Agreement.
Sweet Clickers reserves the right to dissolve the "working relationship" at any time.
Should we exercise that right for reasons other than "TOS violations" on your part,
we will immediately pay your full account balance upon termination of your account. And all downlines, advertising and or any and all privileges to this site terminated.
This is unless you are found to be violating any terms of the site and then there will be no payment made!
Payments:
A member may be removed from this progrm at anytime, the owner feels they have just cause>
Such have knowing to have had multiple accounts or other abuses at other programs owned by this owner.
Or known to have cheated, lied or otherwise defrauded any other site or programs.
This is a paid to read site:you must be reading mails not just clicking banners.
Advertisers pay for members to read mails as well as click banners.
Those not reading to avoid English tests..
WILL BE DELETED without any earnings being paid!
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they
have entered their member ID/username in the area on the website provided by
SweetClickers. Members may earn by referring new members to the SweetClickers
program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by
SweetClickers. Members will be paid via PayPal or other means listed on the accounts.. SweetClickers will pay members
when their balance reaches the minimum pay-out rate set by SweetClickers. Once the member
has reached pay-out they may request in writing to:

Payments will be made within 90
days or a reasonable time after. Your personal earnings must have a minimum of Thirty (30%) Percent in PAID EMAIL earnings. This is a paid to read site, and as such, clicking on ONLY Paid To Click Banners may get you suspended, and not paid. (This does NOT include earnings from referral bonuses or paid to
sign-up offers.)
Free members - $7.00 once a month
SWEET DREAMS members - $1.00
BEDTIME STORY members - $3.00
GOOD NIGHT MOON members - $4.00
MY BUNNY members - $5.00
Ad Redemption:
You are responsible for your ad details including the text link, banner link (image, i.e. jpg or gif file) and
url link. All links must be working before you submit them. We will not test them to
see if its working or email you. Once posted, you cannot request for it to be edited or
changed. The deduction for that redemption will not be reversed.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited mailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroups posting, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will
result in immediate termination of your membership with SweetClickers and may result in
legal prosecution. SweetClickers strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a
federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable
for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise
from the Spamming incident. SweetClickers may charge up to $5 per spam email sent.
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts.
Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
SweetClickers will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple
sign-ups.
